Rcode automates the work that sits between a request and a resolution. Chat assistant, phone assistant, ticket generation, task assignment. The brand had to feel technical without feeling cold.

The wordmark was drawn rather than set. Letterforms lean and connect so the name reads as something running rather than something filed. Neon pink against black does the rest.

We designed and built the SaaS application alongside the brand. Automated ticket generation, task assignment, and an interface that a non technical operations lead can run on their first morning.

Product site, pitch deck, print, sales enablement, and the social channels to carry it. One team, one system, no handover gaps.
