Privacy

The short version

We do not track you. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no third party scripts, and builds no profile of your visit. The only thing it keeps in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark theme, stored locally on your own device and never sent to us.

We never sell, rent or trade personal information. There is no list to be added to.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us, and only when you send it:

• Anything you write in the contact form or in an email to us: your name, your email address, your company, and whatever you tell us about the work.
• Your phone number, if you give it to us.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP addresses and are used to keep the site running and to defend it from abuse.

Why we have it

To answer you, to work out whether we are the right people for your project, and to do the work if we are. That is the whole purpose. We do not use enquiry details for marketing to you unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers, because that is what it means to send an email or load a page. We do not pass your information to anyone else except where the law requires it.

Booking a call opens a Google scheduling page, which is Google's service and Google's privacy policy. Our social links go to LinkedIn and Instagram, which are likewise theirs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records are kept as long as our contract and our accounting obligations require. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it. Write to build@moroagency.com and we will answer. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy statute, you have these rights in law and we will honour them regardless of where you are.

Children

This is a business to business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we start using analytics, a hosted form service, or anything else that changes the answers above, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
